Pewaukee is home for us. We're an owner-run design-build firm, and our office is in the Village of Pewaukee, two blocks from Pewaukee Lake.
Design-build means one team handles your remodel from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. Our designers plan the layout and selections, and our own project team builds it. You aren't stuck coordinating between a designer and a separate builder, and the plan is drawn with real construction costs in mind.
We remodel homes in both the City and the Village of Pewaukee, and throughout Lake Country and Waukesha County.
Our Home in the Village of Pewaukee
Our office sits on Oakton Avenue, steps from Pewaukee Lake, in a home built around 1880. It's a classic Gabled Ell, a style common in Wisconsin in the late 1800s, with two peaked-roof wings meeting in an L, and it still has its original wood window trim and decorative porch details. Over the years it has been a family home, the It's A Beautiful Day Cafe, and an office. The barn out back was likely its carriage house, where the family once kept its horses and carriage, back when visitors came by plank road and rail for summers on the lake. As a firm that cares deeply about older homes and the craftsmanship that built them, there's no place we'd rather call home.
Featured Pewaukee Project: Pilates Room Addition Above a Garage
Just minutes from Pewaukee Lake, this addition created a dedicated Pilates room above the homeowners' garage, finished on the outside with a standing seam metal roof dormer. Our team designed the new space and handled the build from start to finish.
