Please refer to our "What to Expect During Remodeling" guide for tips on how to prepare your home and what type of mess to expect.

Does Platinum Renovations Offer Labor Only Bids?

As a general contractor, we typically handle 99.9% of material procurement, ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and timely delivery; we install contractor-supplied materials, include comprehensive material and labor warranties in our contracts, maintain vendor and trade communication for optimal pricing, measure and order materials for accuracy, schedule deliveries in line with repair timelines, and coordinate with trade partners on project schedules and on-site material availability. This approach ensures quality control of delivered materials and reflects the full scope of our services. When client-supplied materials or labor are involved transparency between client supplied materials and general contractor supplied materials can become intertwined which can diminish and affect warranties, product returns, defects, timelines, quality control, accountability, and overall expectations.
