Updating Summit Homes for How You Live Now
If your home was built in the 1990s or 2000s, it may have good bones but dated finishes, a closed-off kitchen, or a primary bath that never quite worked. These are the projects we do most:
One Team From Design to Final Walkthrough
With design-build, the people who design your space are the same team that builds it. You get 3D plans before construction starts, guided selections with our designer, and one point of contact the whole way through. That means fewer surprises and a finished project that matches the design.
Consultation
We talk through your goals, your home and your investment range.
Design and 3D Planning
You see the space before anything is built.
Selections
Our designer guides you through finishes, fixtures and materials.
Construction
One team manages the build from start to finish.
Walkthrough
We review every detail with you before we call it done.
Award-Winning Work
Our projects have earned four NARI Remodeler of the Year awards.
