Why Partner With Us
Our projects are fully designed before construction begins, so you'll get clear scopes and selections up front. We keep everyone on the same page through JobTread, run organized, well-protected job sites, and our work has earned four NARI Remodeler of the Year awards.
What We'll Ask For
Before you join a Platinum project, we'll ask for a current certificate of insurance listing Platinum Renovations as certificate holder, a W-9, any licenses your trade requires, a couple of references, and some photos of your recent work. Please don't email your W-9; we'll send you a secure way to share it once we connect.
How We Bring Partners On
We get to know every partner before they step into a client's home. As part of that, we check business registration through WDFI, licensing through DSPS, and public records through CCAP.
