Planning Ranges, Not Quotes
These ranges are a starting point for planning, not a quote. Your final investment depends on the size of your space, the layout, the materials you choose, and the condition of your home.
Classic is our starting point: a smaller space, the existing layout, and standard-grade materials. Most of our clients’ projects land in Signature or Platinum once their wish list and the size of their space come together.

Whole-Home Renovations
Most of our whole-home renovations begin around $250,000. Because they bring several spaces together (often a kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and sometimes an addition), every whole-home project is planned individually.
Many of the same factors apply: the size of your home, how much the layout changes, and the materials you choose throughout. A whole-home renovation is also where design-build shines most, with one team keeping every room cohesive and the full budget in view from the start.
How Size Affects Cost
Size matters as much as finishes. A 12-by-14-foot kitchen and an open 20-by-24-foot kitchen with an island can have identical finishes and still be tens of thousands of dollars apart, simply because there’s more of everything: more cabinets, more countertop, more flooring, and more labor. That’s why two Signature projects can land in very different places.
Why Costs Have Risen
Like everything else, the cost of materials and skilled labor has climbed significantly in recent years. Cabinetry, stone, lumber, and the trades who install them all cost more than they did just a few years ago. Our planning ranges reflect what projects truly cost today, so you can plan with confidence and avoid surprises later.
What’s Included in Our Pricing
As a design-build firm, our pricing includes design and 3D planning, guided selections, permits and inspections, project management, and a team of trusted, vetted trade partners. A lower bid elsewhere often leaves some of these out, and those costs tend to show up later.
Why Quotes Differ Between Companies
Two quotes for the same project can be tens of thousands of dollars apart. The difference usually comes down to what’s included: whether design is part of the price, how realistic the material allowances are, whether permits and project management are included, and the experience and insurance of the people doing the work. When comparing quotes, ask what each one includes and what it leaves out.
