Do you serve all of Lisbon?

Yes. We serve homeowners throughout Lisbon, along with Sussex, Merton, Pewaukee and the rest of Lake Country.

How long does a basement finish take?

It depends on size, layout and selections. We'll give you a clear schedule before construction begins.

Do I need egress windows to add a bedroom downstairs?

A lower-level bedroom needs a code-compliant way out, usually an egress window. We plan for this during design.

How do I get started?

Featured Lisbon Project: A Warm Modern Lower Level

The homeowners had an unfinished basement and a growing list of needs: a place to entertain, room for the kids to play, a space to work out, and somewhere comfortable for overnight guests. We carried the home's warm, modern-neutral palette downstairs so the whole level feels like a natural extension of the main floor.
